Her prior CFO roles include leadership at a boutique private equity and real estate firm, where she led portfolio strategy, financing, and redevelopment projects with IRRs exceeding 45%, and at a mid-sized construction company, where she successfully turned around a loss-making company into a profitable, growth-oriented operation.

Earlier in her career, Jagriti held senior finance roles at Fidelity Investments and Goldman Sachs, overseeing strategic planning, client management operations, structured transactions, and financial reporting for complex investment vehicles. She also advised on high-stakes M&A and compliance issues during her tenure at KPMG’s Transaction Services group.

Jagriti is a U.S. CPA and Chartered Accountant from India, with an MBA from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree ranked among the top 10 in her state. She has served as an active board member at Perkins School for the Blind for more than a decade, where she provided oversight for capital real estate projects on its 38-acre campus.
