Jagrti Kumar, CPA, is the Head of Finance and Asset Management at Corcoran Jennison Companies. She oversees financial strategy, portfolio performance, and operational optimization across a 24,000 unit national real estate portfolio. With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning real estate, private equity, construction, and financial services, she has a strong track record of driving value creation, strengthening financial controls, and improving asset level performance.

Before joining Corcoran Jennison, Jagrti served as CFO for multiple organizations, including a fintech firm, a private equity and real estate investment firm, and a mid size construction company where she led a successful operational turnaround. Her earlier career includes senior roles at Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, and Ashland Management, where she built deep expertise in financial reporting, structured transactions, and advisory services.

Jagrti is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant. She holds an MBA from Northern Kentucky University and serves on the Corporation and Capital Projects Committee at Perkins School for the Blind.
