Mr. Bettez manages fifty-eight million dollars in revenue, nearly one hundred employees, and a yearly capital budget of over seven million dollars. He establishes and oversee operating budgets and develops ten-year property capital needs assessments with an eye towards site specific short- and long-term goals. His portfolio includes 148 buildings and approximately 2.9 million square feet of space made up of 2,789 apartments and over 50,000 square feet of commercial space consisting of retail space, fitness centers, daycare, office, and health center. Mr. Bettez oversees properties located in Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvanian, and the District of Columbia. He works with ownership uphold CJ’s mission of building and maintaining communities where people of every income bracket choose to live and can thrive.

Mr. Bettez has an extensive background of sales and marketing in the housing industry. Starting in 1992 in real estate sales, he then joined our team at CJ Management Companies. After eleven years with us, Mr. Bettez moved on to create AffordableSearch.com and work at Apartment Finder to help apartment communities and prospective tenants find each other. Mr. Bettez ended his six-year hiatus when he returned to CJ in his current position as a Regional Property Manager.

Ryan Bettez is also an active member of his home community where he has acted as the Vice Chair of the Community Housing Corporation, as the Chair on the town’s Planning Board, and Vice Chair of the Board of Commissioners in his community’s Housing Authority.
