Corcoran Jennison Spreads Holiday Cheer with Annual Gift Drive and Wrapping Party

Corcoran Jennison Management came together once again this holiday season to support My Brother’s Keeper’s Adopt-a-Family Program, an effort that provides gifts, clothing, and essentials to families throughout Boston. This year, CJ “adopted” 10 families and rallied employees across sites and the Corporate Office to help make the season brighter for those in need.

In the weeks leading up to the event, employees selected wish-list items ranging from toys and winter outfits to home goods and personal essentials. Each child received at least one full outfit along with several gifts, while adults received at least two items. Collection boxes filled quickly as teams worked together to ensure every family felt remembered and supported.

A Day of Teamwork and Holiday Spirit

On December 4, employees gathered at the historic Boston Fire Museum for CJ’s Wrapping Party. The museum’s vintage fire engines, helmets, and memorabilia set a perfect backdrop as volunteers unpacked, sorted, and wrapped an impressive mountain of gifts.

Smiles filled the room as coworkers teamed up at long tables covered with wrapping paper, tape, tags, and bows. Some unrolled paper with practiced precision, others compared ribbon choices, and a few mastered the art of wrapping basketballs and stuffed animals. The spirit of giving was unmistakable in every corner of the room.

After wrapping was complete, the group walked across the street to The Smoke Shop BBQ to continue the celebration. Between great food, conversation, and plenty of laughter, the gathering served as both a moment of gratitude and a reminder of what our CJ community can accomplish together.

Making a Meaningful Impact

This year’s drive was truly a team effort. From selecting gifts to organizing donations, to wrapping each item with care, every contribution played a part in helping local families feel supported this holiday season.

The generosity of our employees reflects the heart of Corcoran Jennison Management. We are grateful to everyone who donated, volunteered, and helped coordinate such a meaningful initiative. Your efforts remind us that small acts of kindness can create a lasting difference.

Thank you to all who participated in helping Boston families feel the warmth of the season.
