Corcoran Jennison Companies is organizing a company-wide Holiday Gift Drive in support of Rosie’s Place, benefiting women and children in need in the Boston area. Rosie's Place offers essential services, including emergency shelter, meals, a food pantry, ESOL classes, legal support, wellness care, housing and job search assistance, and community outreach, providing women with the support, opportunities, and tools to start anew.

Please place a drop box at your Leasing and/or Management office from now until 12/16/2023. Below you will find a Holiday Gift Drive flyer that can be printed and disbursed to your community members as well as a notice that can be printed and taped to your drop box.

Instructions:

• Purchase a medium-sized moving box from UPS or U-Haul along with a roll of wrapping paper.

• Wrap the donation box and place it in the management office or any supervised common area.

• Print the Drop Box Notice (by clicking the button below) and tape it to the front of your drop box.

• Print the flyer (by clicking the button below) and display it around your community. Also, please post this link on social media and send out a bulk email to your residents.

• We are aiming to have boxes at all of our sites starting November 20, 2023 and prior to Thanksgiving.
