Hydraulic Equipment Training for Hoisting Licenses

Members of our Corcoran Jennison Management Service Team recently participated in hands-on training on operating equipment with hydraulic components at Ramblewood Apartments. This training is the start of working toward obtaining hoisting licenses, which will allow us to safely maneuver Bobcats and other machinery around the community.

Having hoisting licenses is important for efficiently clearing snow with our Bobcat loaders during winter storms. By participating in this training, our team is showing dedication to improving our skills. This will enable us to operate equipment safely and effectively year-round.

We appreciate everyone who participated for taking steps to enhance our capabilities. This brings us closer to our goal of ensuring smooth operations and maintaining accessibility for our residents.
