This role works behind the scenes to ensure applications, lease files, renewals, and move-in documentation are accurate, timely, and compliant with CJ standards. By offloading administrative tasks from onsite leasing and management, onsite teams can focus more on touring, customer experience, resident relations, and closing leases.
